Section 1(4) in RIICO Industrial Areas (Prevention of Unauthorised Development and Encroachment) Act, 1999
(4)It shall apply to all the land transferred to the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited by the State Government and land purchased or acquired or otherwise held by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited.
