(o)"Engineering college" means an institution offering and conducting engineering courses at undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and research level and functions in accordance with the rules, guidelines and procedures of, and with the approval of, the AICTE and in accordance with the provisions of this Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations;
