Section 17 in Kerala Tax on Paper Lotteries Act, 2005
17. Tax to be collected under this Act.
- No tax on paper lotteries shall be levied or recovered under the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963 or under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act, 2003 in addition to the Tax recovered under this Act.
