Section 64 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
64. Protection of act done in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against, and no damages shall be claimed from, the University or its authorities, bodies, officers or other employees for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, the Statutes, or Regulations made there under.
