Section 30(2)(a) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(a)A member who is representative of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research or who is nominated by the Chancellor or who, being an Agro-Industrialist is nominated by the State Government, shall hold office for three years.
