I further promise that the industry run by the (Co-operative Societies) shall utilise the subsidy for the purpose for which it has been granted and shall abide by terms and conditions laid down in the said rules and to bear the societies share of the expenditure on the pay and allowances of the Manager at the following scale from the funds of society meant for the industry:-

I further undertake on behalf of the society running the industry that in the event this subsidy or any part thereof if not utilised for the purpose, the unutilised amount shall be refunded to the Government at the close of the financial year during which it is granted; and in case it is granted; and in case it is not refunded to the Government, the entire amount shall be treated as a loan carrying on interest @ 9% p.a. against the industry run by the society and be recovered from the society running the industry as an arrear of Land Revenue.Signature and address.Witness No. 1Witness No. 2OrderThe Scheme of Re-imbursing the Interest payable by cultivators belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to the Financial Institutions on Loans taken from them for Construction of news wells or deepening and repairs of old wells.[Order No. J. 5(182), dated 17-7-71, Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part I-B, dated 29-7-71, page 265(11).]The Governor is pleased to convey approval to the scheme of reimbursing the interest payable by cultivators belonging to Scheduled Castes Scheduled Tribes to the financial institutions like Co-operative Banks, land development Banks and Commercial banks on loans taken from them for construction of new wells or deepening and repairs of old wells. The reimbursement of interest charges by the Government will be subject to the following conditions:-
