1. Vide order dated 29.08.2023, respondents were directed to file action taken reports and personal appearance of Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Tundla and District Mgistrate, Firozabad was ordered.

In compliance thereof reports have been filed by Nagar Palika Parishad, Tundla vide email dated 30.10.2023 and by Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Hathras and by Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Tundla vide separate emails dated 06.11.2023.
