28. Provisions of certain sections not to apply to loans made by company or unincorporated body exempted by Government.
- Nothing in sections 24 to 27 shall apply to loans advanced by any company or unincorporated body which the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt from operation of those sections for reasons to be recorded in writing.
