JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 23/07/2021 Reply to the writ petition has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 and the reason for not releasing pension to the petitioner has been mentioned in Ground-H of the reply which reads as under:-
"That in view of the aforesaid objection of the Pension Department for issuing provisional Seniority List as per position on 1.4.1997 file was forwarded on 1.8.2018 to the Administrative Department and also final seniority list shall be issued as per position on 1.4.1997 and on that basis shortly DPC meeting shall be convened and thereafter post retirement benefit shall be released."
On perusal of the above, I am not satisfied with the reason assigned by the respondent in not releasing pension to the petitioner. Admittedly the petitioner stood retired from service in the year 2016 and since then even provisional pension has not been sanctioned to the petitioner. (Downloaded on 27/07/2021 at 09:26:35 PM)

Office is directed to send a copy of this order to Director of Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
