Section 8(xiv) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
(xiv)to determine standards of admission to the University or a Constituent College, Centers, Regional Centers, Study Centers with the approval of Academic Council and to make admission of students of Karnataka not less than the extent provided in this Act.
