07.08.2020 Heard Shri D. Das, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Dr. R.C. Borpatra Gohain, learned Standing Counsel for the Railways as well as Shri G.N. Sahewalla, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by a remote video conferencing. The learned counsel submit that the matter can be finally taken up for disposal.
However, taking note of the present situation, long hearing are not preferred and accordingly, Registry is directed to list this case after 2 (two) weeks as requested by the learned counsel for the parties.
List this case on 25.08.2020.
Depending on the situation, appropriate orders can be passed for taking up the matter for disposal of this case.
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till then.
