(3)The inquiry into such accidents, including the procedure for such enquiries, the powers of the Safety Commissioner for the purpose of conducting an inquiry and the filing of returns upon the completion of such inquiry and powers in relation to such accidents including temporary suspension of traffic on the affected sections of the tramway system, shall be regulated by rules made in this behalf.Chapter - VII Claims Commissioner.
