9. (a) Terms of remuneration payable to the sole selling agent(s).
(b)A certified true copy of the proposed agreement to be enclosed.(c)Whether the arrangement is on principal to principal basis? If so, the rates of discount allowable to the sole selling agents may please be indicated.
