11. Payment of undisbursed dividend.
- The District Collector, Trichur, shall pay to every shareholder of the Society any amount due to him as dividend immediately before the appointed day. Within a period of three months from that dayProvided that it such amount is not paid within the period aforesaid, the District Collector shall pay Interest on the amount at the rate of four per cent per annum from the date of expiry of the said period
