Section 4(10) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014

(10)The qualifying marks for selection in the examination shall be determined by the Board in consultation with the State Government from time to time.Note. - The State Government shall have the power to resolve any examination related disputes or issues and also to have the power to issue directions to the Board which the Board shall comply.
