(3)The Board shall have the power to co-opt as members of any Committee constituted under sub-section (1), any person or persons who are not members of the Board and the person or persons so co-opted shall not have a right to vote.CHAPTER - III Planning Areas, Senior Town Planner and Planning Authorities
