87.
(i)Before the commencement of an exhibition, the operator incharge shall satisfy himself that all cables, leads, connections and resistances as also the fire extinguishing appliances in the enclosure are in the proper working order.(ii)The resistances, if not under constant observations, shall be inspected at least once during each performance. If any fault is detected, current shall be immediately switched off and shall remain switched of until the fault is removed.
