72. Persons authorised to attest.
- Affidavits shall be sworn or affirmed before any Judicial Magistrate or Civil Judge or Registrar and Deputy Registrar of the Appellate Tribunal or Notary or District Registrar or Sub-Registrar, who shall affix his official seal or the Chief Ministerial Officer of any civil or criminal court in the State or any advocate.
