(4)The Returning Officer shall, on being satisfied as to the genuineness of the notice of withdrawal and the identity of the person delivering it under sub-rule (1), cause a notice showing the list of candidates who have withdrawn their candidature in Form 8 to be affixed in the notice board of his office.
