Section 19(1) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(1)The Chancellor may cause an inspection to be made by such person, as he may direct, of the University, its buildings, laboratories, equipments and any institution maintained by the University and may cause an inquiry in respect of any matter connected with the administration and the finances of the University.
