ORDER
1. Ms. Madhumita Bhattacharjee, learned Counsel is present (in Virtual Mode) for the Applicant in both the Original Applications.
2. Ms. Malabika Roy Dey, learned Counsel who is present in Court on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5, State Respondents states that separate affidavit is not required and the State will adopt the affidavit of the Silchar Municipal Corporation. 1
3. Affidavit dated 28.09.2024 has been filed in O.A. No.83/2024/EZ by the Respondent No.4, Silchar Municipal Board, Silchar, Assam; the same is taken on record.
4. In Original Application No.99/2024/EZ, Mr. Sattik Rout, learned Counsel who is present in Court on behalf of the Respondent No.4, Silchar Municipal Board, Silchar, Assam states that affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No.4. Office of the Tribunal informs that the same is in defect as certain pages of the affidavit are missing. Learned Counsel shall file the corrected copy of the affidavit within 24 hours after serving the e-copy/s of the same upon the Counsel for the Applicant.
