Section 244 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
244. Licence for use of site for purpose of advertisement to be void in certain cases.
- Any licence granted under Section 241 shall be void, -(a)if the licensee contravenes any of the terms and conditions of licence; or(b)if any addition or alteration is made to, or in, the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon-sign or sky-sign, upon or over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed or retained; or(c)if the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon-sign or sky-sign over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed or retained is demolished or destroyed.
