1. Heard learned counsel Mr. Siddharth, appearing for the appellant/Provident Fund Authorities in MAT 128 of 2026. The earlier interim orders are modified as follows:-
7Those persons, who are getting higher pensions either by refund together with interest of the provident fund amounts withdrawn or otherwise, shall continue to get such higher pensions and the same shall abide by the result of the instant appeals.
2. List this matter on 18th May, 2026.
3. All pending pleadings may be served on the respective respondents in the meantime.
