12. Pay and Allowances of Officials.
- The officials referred to in sub-section (5) of section 9 and subsection (5) of section 11 and appointed on deputation basis shall be entitled to such pay and allowances as are admissible to the equivalent officials of the Central Government of Group "B" or Group `C', as the case may be.
