1 The two applicants are arraigned as accused in C.R.No. 556/2022 registered with Amboli police station, invoking Sections 354, 509, 507, 504 r/w Section 34 IPC.
Barring the offence punishable u/s.354, all the other offences are bailable.

2 Looking to the accusations faced by the applicants, in
the backdrop of the narration given by the complainant, let the Investigating Officer serve a notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C upon the applicants, since the offence u/s.354 is punishable with the maximum imprisonment for five years.
3 The applicants shall respond to the said notice and report to the Investigating Officer as directed.
Upon securing their presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A. In case the Investigating Officer comes to a conclusion that he require the custodial interrogation, he shall give 48 hours notice to the applicant, in the two applications.
4 Applications are disposed off.
