Section 129A(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The 'Pollution under control' certificate referred to in Sub-rule (7) of Rule 115 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 shall be issued by any pollution testing centre authorised in this behalf in accordance with the provisions contained in this Rule.]
