66. Application of section 65 to other Municipalities. -
If section 65 be extended, by notification, under section I, sub-section (3), to any Municipality in the neighbourhood of the Calcutta Municipality, it shall be construed as if the references therein to the General Committee and the Corporation were references to the Commissioners of the former Municipality.
