FACTS :
The matter is called for hearing today dated 28.12.2010. Appellant not present but has sent a fax message which is taken on record. The public authority is represented by Shri V.P. Sharma, Consultant.
2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 7.12.2009, the appellant had requested for copies of all the records submitted by Director (Hon), IGNCA-SRC against her continuation in service during the period Sept, 2007 to Jan, 2008. It appears that she was not supplied the requisite information, hence, the present complaint.
3. During the hearing, Shri Sharma submits that some reports were, indeed, received from Director, IGNCA, SRC and that he has no objection to supply copies thereof to the appellant.
4. In the premises, Shri V.P. Sharma, is hereby directed to supply copies of the report to the appellant in 04 weeks time, on payment of requisite fee.
