Section 42 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975
42. Election to be by secret ballot.
- Every election to the Board, the Executive Council, the Academic Council or any other authority of the Board under this Act shall be held by secret ballot by means of a single transferable vote and in such manner as may be prescribed.
