Section 15(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(1)Any person considering himself aggrieved by any order of the Claims Commissioner, on account of some mistake or error apparent on the face of the record, or for any other sufficient reason, desires to obtain review of such order, may apply for review of a final order not being an interlocutory order, to the Claims Commissioner.
