On 31.1.2005, this writ petition was admitted and ordered to be put up for hearing along with CWP No. 4698-CAT of 2004.
Above said writ petition was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 13.2.2009. Issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by ratio of the judgment referred to above.
Accordingly, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of order dated 13.2.2009 passed in CWP No. 4698-CAT of 2004 titled as 'Medical Council of India v. Union of India etc.'.
