- Where a lunatic prisoner on his recovery is undergoing probation in a prison has a relapse of insanity, he shall be immediately returned to the Mental Hospital in anticipation of the orders of the Government and the case shall be reported to the Inspector General. With every such lunatic transfer either from the Mental Hospital to prison or vice-versa, full details of his up-to-date medical history shall be forwarded.
