- The Inspector at his enquiry shall make careful examination of the damaged parts and shall take such measurements and make such sketches for the purpose of his report as he may deem necessary. He shall enquire into the circumstances attending the accident and note the time of its occurrence, its nature and extent, the injury caused, to persons and the damage to property. The report shall be given in Form 'D' appended to these rules.
