Section 15(1) in The Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014
(1)The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioners shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which they enter upon the respective offices, or until they attain the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier and they shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
