(1)The first Chancellor, the first Pro-Chancellor and the first Vice-Chancellor of the University and the first members of the Sanate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, will constitute a body corporate by the name of [The University of Rajasthan] [Amended as 'The University of Rajasthan' by the University of Rajputana (change of name) Act, 1956.]
