Section 10 in The Assam Aided Higher Secondary, High and Middle Schools Management Rules, 1976
10.
No member of a managing committee being an employee of the institution shall attend any meeting at which any matter relating to his pay, promotion or conduct is under discussion. But it will be open to the President to call him for making any statement or representation on the subject but he shall leave the meeting immediately after doing so.
