Section 55(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)The State Government may prescribe the fees chargeable for the following purposes, namely :-(a)for registration of Societies;(b)for inspection of documents in the custody of the Registrar;(c)for making or granting copies of orders, decisions, entries or documents, before or after registration; and(d)for such other matters as appear to the Government necessary to give effect to the purposes of this Act.
