Section 62 in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
62. Act to prevail over other enactments.
- This Act and Statute or Regulation or Rules or Ordinance made thereunder shall in respect of any institution in the University Area have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other enactment with respect to matters enumerated in List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
