Section 16(1) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(1)No Court employee shall except with the previous knowledge of the authority mentioned in the explanation below acquire or dispose of any immovable property by lease, mortgage, purchase, sale, gift or otherwise either in his/her own name or in the name of any member of his/her family or his/her dependents.
