Section 27(1) in Bolani Ores Limited (Acquisition of Shares) And Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1978.
(1)For the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Central Government may, be notification in the Official Gazette, make amendments in the memorandum or articles of association, or both of the Steel Authority of India.
