Section 29(1)(b) in The M.P. Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963

(b)the employer has before the said day or substituted day whichever is earlier-

(i)delivered a notice at the offices of the Inspector of his intention to require the worker to work on the said day and the day which is to be substituted; and

(ii)displayed a notice to that effect at the premises.
