45. Facilities for women voters.
(1)Where a polling station is both for male and female voters, the Presiding Officer may direct that such voters shall be admitted into the polling station alternately in separate batches.(2)The Returning Officer or the Presiding Officer may appoint a woman to serve as an assistant at a polling station to assist generally in taking the poll in respect of female voters, if it becomes so necessary.
