Section 13(5) in M.P. Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017
(5)The reservation for persons with disabilities shall be horizontal in accordance with the provisions of section 34 of the Act and the vacancies for persons with benchmark disabilities shall be maintained as a separate class.
