praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the
records of the respondent with No.A/6/1/2/PIPMATE/2009/A1/735 dt
12.10.2009 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondent to
absorb the petitioners as working as Senior Lecturer Womens Polytechnic
(PIPMATE) Puducherry.

Mr.Ajaykumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that what is impugned in this Writ Petition is an order directing transfer of the petitioner, who is working as senior lecturer in Womens Polytechnic (Pipmate), Puducherry. Seeing as the order is dated 12.10.2009 and much water has flown under the bridge, he would submit that nothing further survives in this Writ Petition as on date.
2. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
