Section 60 in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
60. Removal of difficulties.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by a notification or by order, make such provisions, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty:Provided that no notification or order under this section shall be made after the expiry of a period of three years from the commencement of this Act.
