Section 43 in National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011
43. Sponsored Scheme.
- Whenever the University receives funds from any Government, the University Grants Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed by the University, then notwithstanding anything in this Act and regulations:(a)the amount so received shall be kept by the University separately from the Fund of the University and utilized only for the purpose of the scheme; and(b)the staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organization.
