Section 67(e) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(e)In case of natural death or due to illness of child of an Observation Horne or Special Home the Officer-in-Charge shall obtain a report of the Medical Officer stating the cause of death. A written intimation about the death shall be given immediately to the nearest Police Station, Juvenile Justice Board, Child Welfare Committee, National Human Rights Commission and the authority concerned;
