Section 44A(1) in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh Election Rules, 1992
(1)There shall be a Bar Council of India Advocates Welfare Committee, consisting of five members elected from amongst the members of the Council. The term of the members of the Committee shall be co-extensive with their term in the Bar Council of India.
