5. Imposition of duties and conferring of powers on officers, etc.
- thee Assistant Agriculture Engineers shall, in their respective jurisdiction,, or in such area as may be specified by the Director of Agriculture from time to time, have authority to ensure due implementation of this Order and shall, for the purpose have all incidental or supplemental powers, including the powers to enter and search a premises used for manufacture, storage for sale, sale or distribution and to direct production of account books, stocks registers or any other relevant record.
