Section 6(e) in Rajasthan Disposal of Surplus Evacuee Property Rules, 1975
(e)Every bidder at the auction shall have to deposit Rs. 100/- in case of rural properties, Rs. 250/- in the case of Abadi sites in urban areas and rural areas as security money before he is allowed to bid at auction.
